I keep getting this pop-up on my iPhone 5!

Recently, I have been receiving a message on my iPhone that says "Download over mobile network? Additional fees may apply when downloading songs over a mobile network". It then asks me to download or to cancel.

Is this spam? Or is it something else? Help!

Also, unusually, it seems to pop up after I have set an alarm on my phone, but I don't know if this has any significance?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.3

Try Settings > General > About > Advertising > Limit Ad Tracking: ON

and Reset Advertising Identifier.

Also Clear History and Clear Cookies and Data in Settings > Safari

Reset: Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Note: You will not lose any data
