Can I rewire Mainstage into the DAW of my choice?

Hello,

So I heard the new Mainstage 3 would allow users to rewire into any DAW of their choice to use the virtual instruments. Is this true? Does anyone know if the new Mainstage 3 allows rewire into say Pro Tools, Ableton Live, Studio One etc, or does it show up as AU plugins in those DAW's?
