How do I fix battery drainage?
After a year, my iphone no longer hold a charge and if the screen is on for more than 4 minutes the device get hot. Ive reset the phone as a new phone.

If you have restored it as a new phone and the problem appears before you add any apps or email accounts you have a hardware issue. Take it to an Apple store for diagnosis.
