I was charged money for nothing
I was charged money on my bank account and I didn't parches anything from iTunes. I just need apple to refund me

Most of us on these forums, including myself, are fellow users, and it's not 'live chat'.
If you added or changed the credit card details on your account then each time that you do so you are likely to receive a temporary store holding charge to check that the card details are valid and that the card is active - it should disappear within a few days or so
