First and foremost, thank you for permitting me to test this new feature. My questions are as follows: 1) will this be a paid service? 2) if so, will those who already own these programs have to pay for this service or will they be permitted use this feature for free? 3) Is this competititve with Google Drive? 4) Will this permit the downloading of clipart to use in presentations and/or pages?

No. Once you receive the email from Apple, you just need to go to www.icloud.com and sign in with your iCloud ID to start using iWork for iCloud beta.

You can use this service only If you have purchased any of these apps on iOS or Mac. You don't have to pay additionly for this service. Google drive competiton-not really cause you can store only documents not all types of files. You can download any of these documets to your mac or pc.
