I don't know how to download my old apps from my lost iPod to my new iPhone? Please help!

Ok here's the thing, I used to have the 4th generation iPod until I lost it in October. And I had purchased a bunch of apps on it and stuff.

But now I have this iPhone 4, which my friend just gave me, in which I want to transfer all my other apps into. I've looked into my iTunes account and can't find them. I've authorized my computer and I don't know what to do.
