How can I email a group contact list to my office and have it open in Windows for printing an address label?

How can I email a group list from my contacts list on my MacBook Air to my office for printing to lables. The office computer is Windows.

You can print labels from Contacts. Print to PDF, then e-mail the PDF.

There are many options in the print dialog for customizing the labels. Open the group, select all, and print. Show Details, if necessary, and choose "Labels" from the Style pop-up.
