My I-phone is disabled and says to connect to I-tunes. I can't connect to I-tunes because it goes to Emergency Contact Only screen, so I can't enter my passcode. How can I resolve this issue?

You need to connect to iTunes on your computer. Have you tried this?
how do i solve the same problem. my iphone says iphone is disabled connect to itune. It doesn't connect to itunes, it only allow me to have an emergency call.

I-phone is disabled, can only make emergency calls. Can't connect to I-tunes because it is disabled, but I have my passcode. I can't get to the home screen to put in my passcode to restore the phone. How can I get this issue fixed?
