How can I buy books which are not available in my region?

I am living in Thailand and I would like to buy some books from store. But the number of books in Thai store is limited and the one I am looking for is not available. Then I changed the region from Thai to Singapore, but the payment by the local credit card either AMEX or CITI Bank Visa are not accepted. Is there a way to activate the purchase? Please help.

You need to use other stores that also provided free ereader apps for your device, such as Kindle, Nook, Kobo, Googlebooks, or Sony.
