Some AU Generators and AU Instruments are not appearing in Logic Pro X, how can I fix it?

I've just downloaded the new Logic Pro X and it's quite nice!! Some things in different places, some things are faster to find, etc. But, the biggest problem of them all is that most of my AU Generators and AU Instruments are nowhere to be found! There's only two of them "available" when I look for them.

I already checked the Preferences > Audio Units Manager, and Logic haven't even "scanned" for the other plugins I have.

If I open Logic Pro 9, they do work perfectly. All of them are installed and working just fine! So there should be no problem.

Is it a Logic Pro X problem or is it like a box that's not checkdd or something? I really need this synths working on my X version.. if not, I think I will still work with my Logic Pro 9 until you fix it!!

Any help or suggestion would be appreciated!!

Thaks for the response!

I did try, and nothing happened! I'll attach an image with three local screenshot I took from a file that had the "sylenth1" plugin in the Logic Pro 9 version. If I try from scratch to insert it, it doesn't appear anywhere.

The only external AU or VST that LX is recognizing is the Native Instruments Kontakt 5 and Ozone 5 plugin. But there are lots of them it's not reading: Absynth 5, Sylenth1, Massive...

Thanks for your help once again!

PS: BTW, I did install again the plugin, quit and reopened and nothing.

Ah... No.. there are only two AU Generators in L9 and both those two are in LPX... under the AU Generator heading in that menu...

I think you mean AU Plugins (Both FX and Instruments) and not AU Generators.. as those are two different things... and as you found out 32bit AU (AudioUnit) Instrument and FX Plugins are no longer supported..

Please bear in mind, the 32bit bridge was pretty unstable and the Plugin Developers have had almost 3.5 years to update their plugins from 32bit to 64 bit versions.. In fact most Developers have released 64bit versions... It's only a few 'lazy' ones who have not, despite many 'warnings' by Apple in the developer's Forums.. and as has been seen since the release of LPX, now some of those 'lazy' ones (Sylenth to name but one) are scrambling to release 64bit versions now so i expect the 64bit only system now.. will become a non-issue in the near future.
