Why is my keynote presentation different when I transfer it to a 'non-MAC' computer?

How can I transfer my Keynote presentation to a 'non-MAC' computer? I emailed the presenation to my email and dled it, but the effects, the fonts, the transitions, everything is not as it was on my iPhone. What do I do?
