Hi WashuTiger and all others who view this.
I do NOT work for apple and this is MY take on the subject.
I would like to inform you, that the MBS-HelloApp-Provision profile, is a simple provisioning profile that allows you to install apps that are not authorized by the app store. In some ways this is good and in someways it is bad, the good is it allows you to install things that cannot be approved by the app store such as GBA4iOS, the gameboy advanced emulator, which is completely safe and is open source which is the main reason why it is safe (if you install from the proper place). BUT it can be bad because you may install apps that have been recoded to say, record your screen and all touch events and run in the background completely and indefintely. If an app does this it will be able to see everything you type and everything you do, from there it can upload that data to a server where someone can hack any account that has been logged into while recording.
The answer to the question: "Is it dangerous?"
In short, no, but it will not protect you if you install other apps that have malicious code.
One point to bring up is that a provisioning profile will allow you to install IPA files that have been cracked (pirated) but the code may have been altered so please be weary and I do not support piracy.
