printer software not available

Question

printer software not available

when trying to install a new printer, my macbook is recognizing the new printerl is thn trying to install it, but after sometime it's saying that the drivers

are currently not available on the server.

MacBook Air (13-inch Mid 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)

Go to the manufacturer's Web site and see if the software is there. In most cases it can be downloaded from their website.
