I have a ipod shuffle 4th generation, I want to restore it to the factory setting. So, when I am using iTunes, I press the "reset" button then the computer shut down. So, I unplug the USB line from the USB port of the computer. Then when I turn on the ipod shuffle, it can't be turned on any more. It is dead. I am sure it is full battery cause I have charging it for few hours. Can you help me how to do with it?  I really don't want to throw it away cause it is a birthday gift from my husband. Thank you for your attention to my message. Hope can get feedback and solution from you. Thank you~
