Iphone won't charge, battery % number won't change, and it shuts off when using applications

So about a week or so ago I jumped in my pool with my iphone, I put it in a bag of rice and in 2 days it started working again. Today, it randomly shut off on me while I was on twitter. Then when it came back on, my iphone won't charge and the battery percentage number won't change. Anyone know whats going on or how I can fix this?
