Q: My ipod touch driver wasnt correctly installed and now i have an error code-1. Can anyone  help?

I just recently purchased an ipod touch second generation and when I sync it with my laptop (hp pavillion g series with windows seven) and it said the driver didnt successfully sync or something like that. Can anyone help?
