I cannot remove the sim card from my Iphone. Any suggestions?

Which model iPhone? If you've never removed it before it takes a bit of pushing to release it.

You can not remove the tray or the tray came out and the sim is stuck?
If the tray is stuck take a really thin paper clip and a pair of pliers and make a little hook that will still thread through the hole but you can angle it to catch on the back side and try to pull the sim tray out manually.
Thanks so much. I was pushing by hand but nothing was happening. I took the paper clip and used my little pliers to hold it close to the pin hole. I pushed a lot harder that way and it poped right out.

Thanks for the suggestion. I got it out by pushing really hard using little pliers to hold the paper clip. It seems that the tray just fits in very tight.
