Logic X transport panel and mixer settings.

Logic X does not load up my transport panel and mixer settings as I saved them. I spent some time adjusting the buttons to suit my project and then saved it but when I reopen it, settings are gone. Is that possibly a bug of a new software?

Logic Pro X, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)
