Q: Reloading apps to a new (additional) iphone

I have an iPhone 5 synced to my itunes account.

I am purchasing another additional iPhone 5 for my partner.

Can I sync my purchased apps (from my iTunes account) to her iPhone?

(Her iPhone is named <her name>'s iPhone.)

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4
