Instable Brower.... Why does it keep closing unexpectedly?

Hi,

I am running OSX 10.3.9 on a 366 MHz PowerPCG3 Graphite Clamshell with 320 MB of SDRa.

It seems that when I am on the internet the browsers are always very instable. I will be fine checking my email, etc. but every now and then the browser shuts down unexpectedly. I have dumped all unneeded programs and files from this comp and uyse it primarily as a second computer so that I can check my email from the kitchen. What can I do to stop the browsers from closing? I have tried both Firefox IE, and Safari. It seems to happen with all 3.
