My ip4 has taken to randomly shutting down. It has latest iOS 6.1.3 and restored this occurs at any state of charge. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there,

You may still have a corrupted OS. I recommend performing a complete factory restore. This can be done by restoring the iPhone through iTunes (http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1414).

When you have your restored iPhone, you will either want to set it up as a new phone or restore your iPhone from iCloud. This will insure that your OS remains uncorrupted. Restoring your iPhone from iTunes may place the corrupted OS (if it is corrupted before the backup) along with all your data back onto your phone.
