iPad speaker not working

Well first try to fix the problem yourself.

1.Try restrating your device.

Hold down the power button until red slider appears. Slide it. After it turns off power it on by holding down the power button until Apple logo appers.

2. Hard reboot

Hold down the power and home button and ignore the slider. Hold them both so that your iPad power off and relese the buttons when you see the Apple logo.

Try A and B

(A) Restart iPad

1. Hold down the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.

2. Drag the slider to turn off iPad.

3. Turn iPad back on, hold down the Sleep/Wake until the Apple logo appears

(B) Reset iPad

Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

Note: Data will not be affected.

Did you mute it?

Don't worry you are not alone. Please be patient I'm trying to resolve your issue.

Are you sure that you have maximized volume for sound. The volume changes when you connect your earphones.

Which version of iOS are you running?

restor your ipad

if you have problem again,take it to apple store!(it's hardware problem)

Try pluging the headphones and while the music is playing unplug it and tap in the play button again, i had that issue a few minutes ago and like that was like i solve it, i hope it work for you too.

I don't know how or why, but this worked for me!

Im glad it worked for you nix, i dont know how it gets that little issue but after doing that, it never happens again.

You may want to Backup and Restore your iPad.
