How can I get back my hacked I'd

I try to login to my Apple ID

It's shows apple I'd or password is incorrect

- try reset password

- chose "send email" but no email arrives (I even check 'junk' folder to be sure)

- go back to reset password and try "Answer security questions"

- says my DoB is wrong (like many have stated above, it's hard to forget our DoB)

So what is the solution? And how can updates my all applications

I think any one hacked my apple I'd n changed whole data like security questions, DOB etc. plz help me
