Apple ID help please. Forgot D.O.B. and security questions. Also no rescue email. Please help.

I have another Apple ID and I use it to download from the US store. I last used it 4 months ago and now I forgot the password. I tried to reset it but it doesn't work in the part where I validate my date of birth. I remember when I created that account, I faked my age and I didn't have a rescue email address. So how do I now reset the password because I have some paid purchases I made there so I need them on this device.

Please help.
