Time machine and two accounts.

When I reloaded Snow Leopard and added software with Time machine it created two accounts. THis is not a problem generally but when I backup, should I go to each account and run Time machine? Both accounts created are administrator accounts.

Thankyou

Fortunately the Time Machine processes run as root, thus backing up the entirety of the system. No need to switch accounts for both of them to be backed up. However, you will need to switch to the appropriate account in order to restore that account's respective data.
