log and transfer no video preview for marking in and out

Hi,

I discovered this problem lately, when I connect my sony Handycam HDR-PJ760 to log and transfer, there is only sound preview but I cannot see video preview (it show just black screen) which makes it impossible for me to gauge where to mark in and out points inside the log and transfer window.

The transfer works just fine, when I select the entire clip to transfer, it transfer it into the fcp project folder and from there, it appears to have both sound and video.

This have been rather annoying lately as I have to export the full clips in order to see it. I prefer not to import entire clips as converting it to prores just takes up alot of memory. But this problem makes it hard for me. Please help.
