hi

i can not download free item from ipad useing web, i am using the cellor network.

someitem show in ipad itunes.apple.com, but i can not access from my ipad and can not download the item,

2. i am download some item in my PC, but i can not install from PC to my ipad.

iPad, iOS 6.1.3
