I bought an iPOD shuffle and tried to follow directions to download a language tape but failed compltely. The directions were worthless. How do I download the audio from Disk-computer-iPOD?

To import audio media into your iTunes library on the computer go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Add items to iTunes and follow the instructions
You may have to use a third-party converter to convert the audio to a format compatible with the iPod.
If DRM protect, yo may not be able to convert/sync to the iPod.
