I purchased a $20 iTunes card for my niece April 26th 2013, sent it to her VIA email. She still has not received the email to redeem the iTunes card, yet I was billed for it on my credit card. How do I re-send it? more

Jul 20, 2013 2:40 PM in response to sweetjojoby morgank_921,I would go to https://expresslane.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.action and click on the iTunes section and then iTunes Store and then click on the problem that you are having or something close and it will give you an option to email someone with the iTunes store
