hey my ipod A1367 is new one my brother buy it on uk and give it to me im in srilanka . . .after i set up the 1st installation ipod is restarted and after i switched on the ipod the ipod is in the switched on menu this apple in white screen,. i cant connect it on the itunes and aloso i cant switched of the device y this problem? how can i fix this?
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

hey i switched of the ipod . .and i can go to the restor menu . when i click the restore the msg says want to restore and update . my ipod is in 6.0.1 . i dont want to update my version can u tell me how to only restore my ipod?
Hey, you cannot restore without updating
Apple only supports go the the latest iOS for an iOS device when you restore. You have not choice but to update the iOS to 6.1.3.

hey i click the restor inmy itunes and the 947 mb file is downloaded and after it when i click the restore the msg says "THE ipod could not be restored the disk youare attempting to use is full" "removing files and emptying the recycle bin will free up additional space" whats wrong with this ?
