Possible Driver Conflict?

I installed Windows 7 in Boot Camp a few days ago. After I installed the drivers, the multitouch wasn't working on the trackpad (and a bizarre error with the keyboard getting stuck). I reinstalled the drivers, and everything seemed to be working.

I then set up Parallels to use the Windows apps without restarting the computer. I booted into Windows 7 to install VMWare Player to run Windows XP for one work application. However, now the issues are back. I think it is probably a driver conflict, but I cannot figure out what the issue is.

Is this an issue with VMWare Player or Parallels? What do I do to correct it?
