Q: why does apple charge me when i buy something even though i have money in my account and i have enough to buy something with remainding money?

What makes you think yo are being charged (credit card charged?)

What are yo purchasing?

Then what is the problem?

I think the problem is from what i can see, is that iTunes is charging his credit card even though he has money on his iTunes store account. Is that Correct!!

If you are purchasing a Gift Card, you need a credit card and that is charged:

That has nothing to do with his problem. Hes not trying to buy a gift card. He already has the money on the account, but when hes trying to buy a app or music, apple is charging his credit card instead of using his money on the account

You are just speculating as to his problem.

And by getting charged, you mean credit card correct?

What you can do is contact apple support at 1-800-myapple then they will help you get a refund for it,

you can got to reportaproblem.apple.com and get that fixed,

and you can also go to exsepresslane.apple.com and do it that way.

Again. what gets charged? If you purchase something your balance from the gift card will be reducted to pay for the purchase.

Just what is right?
