iTunes 4310 error on a Windows 8 computer

I still cannot burn a CD from iTunes using Windows 8. Like many others, I have updated everyting and spent hours trying many posted "fixes" with no luck. Everything has been updated and is current. Burning CDs from Windows Media Player works, but not from iTunes. Does anybody know how to actually fix an iTunes 4310 error on a Windows 8 computer?
