Cannot get IPad to sync with ITunes, my desktop computer doesn't recognize Ipad?
I cannot get my desktop computer to recognize my Ipad or Itunes will not recognize my Ipad? Help please?
iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2011), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)
Try giving your iPad a reset. Hold down the sleep and home keys until you see the silver apple. Let it reboot and see if that helps.
If not, try using different USB ports, try using a different USB cord if you have one.
If that doesn't work there are other things you can try too.
