Q: photo stream not working

Cannot accept invitation for a shared photo stream album. Everything up to date but will not add the album and it just takes me back to add photo stream page when I try to accept invite. Have enough storage, and latest iphoto etc.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

The Shared Photo Streams require iPhoto 9.4 or Aperture 3.4, and OS X v 10.8.2 or later. Your profile signature says Mac OS X (10.7.5); if that is really your current version, you will need to upgrade to 10.8.2 at least to view a shared photo stream and not only the basic "My Photo Stream".
