cant buy music or access account in itunes

I can't puchase music or ess my account anymore in itunes store. Password works on website and for the itunes app, but not for use on the store. When I try to signin, I get an error that says: ConnectionManager::invoke::Failed to find service connection url.. I ran a diagnostic test in the itunes app and it has no connections issues. I am also having no trouble connecting to th einternet. I tried to re-install the new itunes 11 as a repai, but nothing ahs helped. Has anyone else run into this issue before??
