Q: Unable to clear iTunes Match library due to iTunes not responding
Hello,
I'm facing a problem with my iTunes Match library, it freezes on every device on which I activate it (MacBook Pro/iPhone 4S/iPad Mini/Windows laptop).
I belive it might be caused by a corrupted song I uploaded, since then (last time I was able to update Match) I'm unable to browse the library, after scrolling a couple of artists/album it freezes and I have to either force stop iTunes on the Mac or hard restart the iPhone.
Searching on the web I understood that resetting iTunes Match is only possible by accessing it and manually deting all the songs contained. I also tried to create a new iTunes library (empty) on the Mac on which I activated Match in order to delete all the songs on the cloud but it keeps freezing and iTunes not responding.
