You have to restore it as new. But first you need to put it in recovery mode ( heres how http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808 )

Once its in recovery mode you can just restore it but you will lose your content but you can always redownload it all for free since you already purchased it or if you have a back up that doesnt include that passcode, you can do that also!

Or, if you know the password but wanted to see what would happen if you enter it wrong 10 times, just wait a few minutes for it to reenable.
