I have had 'The item you tried to buy is no longer available' error while downloading 'warblade' app

Hi I was downloading 'Warblade' for 2.99$ but i had 'The item you tried to buy is no longer available' error. What can I do??

( I was downloading from Turkish App store)

iPhone 4 (8GB), iOS 6.1.3
