Q: hacked

someone hacked my billing infio anditunes account and bought some app that cost money and he changed it to all his info but the purchase didnt go through because he didnt add a security code, i'm trying to change the info back and not get billed for what he did. i'm so confused. what do i do? i already restored everything but that didnt do anything.

You should contact iTunes Support and see if they can help stop/remove the purchases : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

You need to cancel your credit card and report this to apple for a possible refund
