How do I reboot my iMac?

How would I reboot my new iMac. Would it be the same as my last Mac ( 6 years old )? I don't really understand technical jargon ( reasonably simple language please ).

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)

The steps to restart your Mac haven't changed since 2000, so the steps are the same in your old and your new Mac. Go to  > Restart, or if you want to use a shortcut, press Control, Command and Eject keys
