resetting network asking for passcode what passcode is it looking for

The WIFI button is grayed out and the support says to reset network.

Followed directions and got to reset network and it is asking for a passcode.

What passcode is it looking for?

Your network has security implemented in the router. You set up a network name, type of security to use, and the password. It wants that password. If you cannot remember it, then you need to reset the router to its factory default configuration. How that's done should be explained in the router's user manual.
