Q: Force close and multitasking tray

Follow these steps to force an app to close:

1. From the Home screen, click the Home button twice.
2. Tap and hold on the app.
3. When it starts to jiggle, tap the red circle with the minus sign in it to close it.
4. Double-click the Home button and try opening the app again.

This will force close individual Apps.

Is your iPad jail broken or are you using some third party app when you are getting this message? I have never heard of that message when trying to force close apps.

You should try to reset your iPad. Hold down the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons together until the Apple logo appears and then release them.
