Q: Credit amount

I have $30.00 credit on my iTunes account. I've tried numerous times to make an in app purchase and have been directed to my credit card account to update. I'm not trying to purchase with my credit card but with the credit amount in my account. Please help!!!!!   I can't access my credit amount from my iPad or my itouch.

    For more information on this, take a look at:

     

    If you designate a different credit card or if there is a change in your credit card, you must change your information online in the Account Information section of iTunes.

     

    Also there are times when it will ask for you to verify information as a security measure.

    When making purchases, content credits are used first, followed by Gift Certificate, iTunes Card, or Allowance Account credits; your credit card or PayPal account is then charged for any remaining balance.
