It might be because you dont have a lock code.. You need to set it up using lost mode from icloud.com , and then force reboot.. https://discussions.apple.com/message/23083461#23083461

this works 100%. to get out of guided access mode if you forgot you password use this method. use the link below to sing into icloud to access find my iphone.

go to find my iphone on your computer or your other apple devices and put your iphone, ipad, or ipod into lost mode this will lock your screen and it will ask you for password you can use your current password. if you dont have a password you can put one using find my iphone.

once your device is into lost mode quickly unlock your iphone and go to (GENERAL) setting, accessability, and disable the guided access or you can change the password with out disabling it.

what if disabled device is in airplane mode while in guided access?

when i attempted to enter lost mode it said it would only work when on internet....

Guys no need to download any program it is so easy, trust me. All you need to do is to plug your iphone, iPad, or iPod, into your computer, turn off your device, wait till the device is completely off.

Now you need to put your device into (DFU)mode,

Basically hold down the power button for 3 second, thn hold the home button, while holding the sleep button, let go the sleep button after 10second. Once your device is in DFU mode, now you can just turn your device everything will be back to normal, thnx guys I hope I helped ;)
