Is the device you're trying to pair with in discoverable mode? If not, it won't be able to find it. You can not pair with another phone.
yes my bluetooth was flashing red blue red blue and still nothing I hope my rental guys give me another one this week or I will have to break the contract with them and return it back

I was going to use my bluetooth with my phone and my I mac as well. but the thing does not want to pick it up it just keeps showing the wheel when I turn the BT on. 1st off I had a apple Iphone since OCT till now I had to exchange cause it kept freezing and loosing calls so the one they exchanged me has BT prob and wi fi grey out wont turn on this frusterates me cause I have to use BT when on my bycical it now law and treated as driving any vechical
Please list the devices you want to use Bluetooth with and what you want to do with it.
You cannot pair with an iMac unless you are planning to tether for an internet connection. You cannot use Bluetooth to sync or transfer files.
I wanted to use the BT for chatting as well. rither then full head phones that u use on walkmans or over the head with mic on it.if it wont work for my I mac then cell only
That will not work with your Mac.
ok ty for info some I macs do have a setting for BT and mine has this but not sure why or what it did.
The BT on your Mac can be used for tethering as I stated earlier, for BT keyboards and mice, heads and A2DP (Stereo Bluetooth) devices.
