remove a burned in image on my imac
I was working on a large graphic in photoshop and left my computer on for 2 days. When I came back to it the graphic was burned onto the screen. Is there any way to remove it?

The screen is damaged. In some cases, if you leave the same picture for an enormous time on a LCD display the display gets burned and the picture doesn't disappear.
If you want, keep using your iMac to see if the image disappear, but if not, take it to an Apple Store or reseller

Although, 2 full days is a lot, but it is worth a try.
