I want to Save certain received emails to allow more space on my hard drive. How do I do it?

I would like to be able to save certain emails. There is a Saved file in my aol email account. How can I move emails to this Saved file?

Also, how can I make specific folders to put emails into?

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)
