my updates on apps wont work because it says i am using the canadian store, how do i change it to uk please

Try going to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your iPhone and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section and select the UK.

Go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > tap your Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region. Even if it says it's already in the UK in the country/region secction click on it and select the UK again. I ran into that problem before and some how by clicking on the US again it worked.
