Can You Speed up Apple Loops ?

I've recorded a Reggae tune. All parts are mine . I want the snare in part of it do a marching type thang. What I've recorded sounds ok but I don't the sound of the snare. I tried every kit ( I think LOL ) and none of snares have the "poping" sound I hear in my head .

I looked thru my Apple Loops and found a couple I could cut and use part of. I seldom use Apple Loops. Is there a way to get the loop the match the 89 bmp tempo of my tune ?
